GENERAL INFORMATION

1. The Conference and the Ordinary Assembly of ALADA will be held at the Main Campus Auditorium at the University Blaise Pascal, located at Avenida Donato Alvarez 380, Argüello Quarter of Cordoba, Argentina.

2. Submission of papers and presentations on agenda items must be carried out no later than the September 30, 2011, in a maximum of 15 letter-size pages. Shipments must be made via email to the following addresses:gford@ubp.edu.ar -  sec@alada.org
Those who do not submit their work on date, must bring 150 copies of the paper for distribution at the conference and a CD copy for the publication of the respective volume.

3. ACCOMMODATION. The Organizing Committee has provided, through the UBP corporate housing prices in the following hotels, whichever clarify that the prices set forth below are estimated based on the anticipation of the organization of this conference. In a forthcoming circular will inform the final prices and ways to perform the respective
reserves.

4. AIR TICKETS DISCOUNTS. The Organizing Committee is managing for the participants to the conference special airfare rates, which will be oportunely informed by the Administrative Secretariat of ALADA.

5 .- TOURIST INFORMATION .- The Organizing Committee has scheduled for evening hours, a guided tour of highlights of the city for those attending the conference and their companions and at reasonable cost,. There will also be a tour to visit the Jesuit Estancias and its surroundings.
